Job Order Contract (JOC), US Navy

During the past three years most of our efforts have been concentrated in the JOC for the US Navy, Caribbean Region. Individual contracts, i.e. delivery orders, can range in size from $2,000.00 to over $900,000.00.

Delivery orders consist different types of jobs involving many disciplines including electrical, mechanical and plumbing work. The scope of work may vary from design-built projects, new construction, office/ building remodeling to simple paint and roof waterproofing, including the new construction of a ramp and piers.

While most of the work was completed at the Roosevelt Road Naval Station and Fort Buchanan, we are also called upon to perform work around various government facilities island wide, also St. Thomas and St. Croix USVI as well as in the offshore island of Vieques.
