Construcciones JFM, Inc. is extremely proud of its proven ability to coordinate multiple types of contracts as evidenced by our extensive and excellent trtack record for the past 18 years of successful operation. We have the ability to perform well in both small and large projects; during the past year we have performed projects as small as $5,000 and as large as $5,000,000.

JFM’s flexibility and range of experience are apparent from the wide variety of completed projects. Our professional staff makes full use of available resources to successfully complete unique and complex industrial projects such as the Food and Drug Administration Laboratories.

Personal attention has been instrumental in the successful completion of residential projects ranging from private residences to medium sized condominium projects and the remodeling of the Bachelor Enlisted Quarters (BEQ) at the Sabana Seca Naval Base.

We understand that the interior work requires extra attention to details and finishing that is why a separate crew handles all interior work. Our facilities include a full equipped millwork shop were we can fabricate the custom millwork to the strictest standards. Projects like Lopito, Ileana & Howie Corporate Headquarters, the Officer’s Club at Roosevelt Road and the Enlisted Men’s Club at Sabana Seca reinforce the company’s reputation for careful attention to finishing details.

JFM has completed several historic preservation projects within Old San Juan Historic District, all abiding the strict guidelines of the State Historic Preservation Office. One of our projects was the reconstruction of Building 116 at the US Coast Guard Base in La Puntilla, Old San Juan to house the Commanding Office Headquarters.

We believe that our ability to perform well in all types of projects no matter their nature or size assures our capacity to handle different projects. Some of our recently completed projects clearly and convincingly demonstrate our excellent ability to manage and build multiple constructions.
