Construcciones JFM, Inc. is extremely proud of its proven ability to coordinate multiple types of contracts as evidenced by our extensive and excellent track record for the past 24 years of successful operation. We have the ability to perform well in both small and large projects, during the past year we have performed projects as small as $5,000 and as large as $5,000,000.

JFM’s flexibility and range of experience are apparent from the wide variety of completed projects. Our professional staff makes full use of available resources to successfully complete unique and complex industrial projects such as the Food and Drug Administration Laboratories and Hangar 1 At Muñiz Air Base for the PRNG.

Personal attention has been instrumental in the successful completion of residential projects ranging from private residences to medium sized condominium projects and the remodeling of the Bachelor Enlisted Quarters (BEQ) at the Sabana Seca Naval Base.

We understand that interior work requires extra attention to details and finishing, that is why a separate crew handles all interior work. Our facilities include a fully equipped millwork shop were we can fabricate the custom millwork to the strictest standards. Projects like Lopito Ileana & Howie Corporate Headquarters, the Officer’s Club at Roosevelt Road and the Enlisted Men’s Club at Sabana Seca reinforce the company’s reputation for careful attention to finishing details.

JFM has completed several historic preservation projects within Old San Juan Historic District, all abiding the strict guidelines of the State Historic Preservation Office. One of our projects was the reconstruction of Building 116 at the US Coast Guard Base in La Puntilla, Old San Juan to house the Commanding Officer Headquarters. Another restoration project Patio Español has been included in the National Register of Historic Buildings.

We believe that our ability to perform well in all types of projects no matter their nature or size assures our capacity to handle different projects.

During eight years most of our work was concentrated in the JOC for the US Navy, Caribbean Region. Individual contracts, i.e. Delivery orders range in size from $2,000.00 to over $900,000.00. During this time we have performed over $15,000,000.00 for the Navy Joc.

Some of our recently completed projects clearly and convincingly demonstrates our excellent ability to manage and/or build multiple construction. Our superior past performance record of proven success is clear evidence that we always deliver on our promises made through private or government contracts.
